Aurora police revealed Tuesday that four people were shot, including one who died, during a shooting at a 7-Eleven convenience store over the weekend.

One of the victims of the Sunday afternoon shooting remains hospitalized and two received minor graze wounds, said Kenneth Forrest, Aurora police spokesman.

Although no one has yet been arrested, detectives have made progress in their investigation, Forrest said.

“It happened at 1 o’clock and there’s a lot of good witnesses,” he said.

Police are piecing together evidence after reviewing surveillance tapes from the 7-Eleven at 13690 E. Alameda Ave. and other nearby stores, Aurora police say.

At 1:38 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a multiple shooting call. Some of the victims drove themselves to a hospital before police arrived.
