Dust off those ski poles, and start waxing the K2’s — there’s fresh snow falling in them, there hills.
As fall descended on the Rocky Mountains, so, too, did a few flakes at Arapahoe Basin, Keystone Resort and Loveland Ski Area on Monday morning. It was nothing earth-shattering, but enough to get folks clamoring for winter.

If history is any indication, we probably have some time before Mother Nature dumps some real powder on Colorado.
But, considering Arapahoe Basin was already doing a little last week, there’s no reason we can’t begin preparations for another season of shredding.
