A northbound lane closure at the Foothills-Diagonal interchange starts Monday.
One northbound lane will remain open, but travelers should expect delays, especially during the evening commute, and are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
The lane will be closed on the section of the Diagonal Highway that connects from Foothills Parkway, between 47th Street and the exit ramp south to Boulder.
The closure is managed by the Colorado Department of Transportation and is needed to complete the reconstruction of the exit ramp as part of the Diagonal Crossing development.
The closure is expected to be completed by Nov. 7.
