Broncos center injured his right ankle late in the second half against Houston and will not return.

Paradis — a fourth-year player with 56 consecutive starts — was rolled up on by quarterback , aided by Texans’ pressure, shortly after he released a pass on third down that fell incomplete to running back .

Denver punted the following play and its offense did not return to the field prior to halftime, trailing 16-10, but right guard is expected to replace Paradis in the second half. This story will be updated.
