Brady Singer is a pitching prospect for the Kansas City, but non-Royals fans may find reason to root for him after seeing the Christmas gift he gave to his parents.
Singer, the 18th overall pick in the 2018 MLB draft, posted a video Tuesday of his mom reading a letter that describes his gift: to thank them for all the sacrifices they gave to help him achieve his dream of playing baseball.
Don’t mind the onions filling up the room.
Singer is not short of money — the 22-year-old will earn $4.25 million with his initial contract with the Royals.
Today is very special to my heart. To give back to the two people who have given up everything to support my brother and I. I can’t thank them enough. Love you Mom and Dad
