Denver police have completely closed down southbound Colorado Boulevard at Martin Luther King Boulevard during rush hour Wednesday morning following a two-car crash.
Some people were injured but not seriously.
The crash happened at Colorado and 29th Avenue, according to a 6:46 a.m. Denver police tweet.
Colorado is a major traffic corridor and its closure could snarl rush hour traffic.
Police recommend alternative routes.
TRAFFIC: Officers are investigating a 2-vehicle crash SB Colorado Blvd at 29th Ave. Injuries to do not appear to be serious at this time. SB Colorado Blvd is closed at MLK. Alternate routes advised.
