“Calm,” is a welcome part of the forecast from the National Weather Service to describe Friday’s weather in Denver.
Temperatures along the Front Range are expected to rise to between 42 and 46 degrees, the NWS says.
Snow isn’t even in the forecast for the mountains, which got bombarded with up to 48 inches of snow along Wolf Creek Pass.

Forecasters say it’s going to be warmer on the weekend with highs of 44 degrees on Saturday and 48 on Sunday.
By Tuesday, the high in Denver will be around 52 degrees, the weather service says.
The next chance for rain and snow is on Thursday, but it’s only a slight chance. On Thursday the high temperature in Denver is expected to be 57 degrees.
