Video footage was released for the first time Wednesday that shows a homeowner chasing former backup quarterback from the home with a vacuum cleaner pipe.

Kelly pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing on Wednesday in Arapahoe County District Court and was sentenced to 1 year of supervised probation and 50 hours of community service. The video was released after The Denver Post submitted an open records request to the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office.

Kelly had been attending linebacker annual Halloween party on Oct. 23 at Gothic Theatre when he wandered into a couple’s Englewood home. Kelly appears to be dressed as Woody from the Toy Story movies.

Arrest documents stated that Kelly entered the home belonging to people he did not know, sat on the couch next to a woman and began “mumbling incoherently.”

The woman yelled for the man who was in the home, and he chased Kelly out with a vacuum pipe, surveillance footage released by the Arapahoe District Attorney’s Office shows.

Kelly’s attorney Harvey Steinberg said on Wednesday that Kelly has friends in the neighborhood and thought he had entered their home. In exchange for pleading guilty, his first-degree felony criminal trespassing charge was dropped to a second-degree misdemeanor.
