Two people were killed Tuesday morning when a pickup truck and motorcycle collided in Adams County east of Denver International Airport.
The crash happened just before 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of East 88th Avenue and Imboden Road, said Master Trooper Gary Cutler, a Colorado State Patrol spokesman.
The Chevrolet pickup truck was westbound and the driver is suspected of running a stop sign at the intersection, Cutler said. The truck collided with a southbound Honda motorcycle.

A 64-year-old motorcyclist, a man, and his passenger, a 66-year-old woman, died at the scene, Cutler said. The driver of the truck, a 45-year-old man, was taken to UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora. An investigation is ongoing.
The people involved were not identified Tuesday.
