Two people were hospitalized Friday morning after police say a driver sped through a red light, slammed into two vehicles at the intersection of Dry Creek Road and Quebec Street in Arapahoe County and then fled the scene of the crash on foot.
Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies shut down traffic at Dry Creek and Quebec while they investigated the crash that left debris scattered all over the road, according to a sheriff’s office tweet said.
The sheriff’s office is now searching for two people who climbed out of the Ford that the suspect had been driving and fled the scene on foot, the tweet said.
The crash triggered electrical outages all along Quebec in the area.
