For the third straight season, Major League Baseball is putting on its Players’ Weekend event in which players choose nicknames that are stitched on the back of their jerseys. This year, it runs Aug. 23-25.

Some players go with pop culture, like Toronto’s Trent Thornton’s “Butters,” a reference to the “South Park” character. Others do a play on their name, like Cubs outfielder Kyle Schwarber and “Scwarbs.” Still others chose simply an emoji, like Rockies catcher Tony Wolters and a paper emoji for some reason.

Here’s a look at what players who grew up in Colorado selected:

  • Cubs infielder David Bote (Erie H.S. and Faith Christian) — Boat
  • Rockies pitcher Kyle Freeland (Thomas Jefferson) — F. Stanley
  • Reds pitcher Kevin Gausman (Grandview) — Gausy
  • Braves pitcher Mark Melancon (Golden) — Muh Lan Son
  • Twins pitcher Taylor Rogers (Chatfield) — Lefty Piece
