A Denver man is in police custody in connection with a woman’s death that appears to be related to domestic violence, said a police tweet.
The woman was fatally injured in Denver’s Montclair neighborhood Monday evening, according to police.
The names of the suspect and the victim have not been released.
Update: Re 8000 Blk E. 12th Ave. The previously indicated Homicide Investigation appears to be related to an incident of Domestic Violence. An adult male is in custody and there are no other parties being sought at this time.

The incident happened in the 8000 block of East 12th Avenue, which is just a few blocks west of Verbena Park.
