The only Labor Day parade in the Denver area, according to , took place Monday, Sept. 2 in Louisville, Colorado. This year’s theme for the parade was “Beach Party”.

The parade started at the intersection of Main Street and E. Lafayette Street and ran south down Main Street, ending at Elm Street in downtown Louisville. Groups performed in front of a judge’s platform for awards at the end of the parade.

Festivities continued at Memory Square Park for the Labor Day Fall Festival that featured vendor booths, pie contests, magic shows, and food trucks. Winners of the Labor Day parade were announced at the Memory Square Park.
