Denverites can expect to see continued hot and dry temperatures Sunday with some cloudiness in the evening, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday’s weather calls for a high of 91 degrees and a low of 60 degrees, with wind gusts up to 8 mph, the weather service said. Sunny skies are expected during the day and mostly cloudy skies in the evening.

The dry weather is forecast to change Monday and Tuesday, with more chances for thunderstorms this week, mainly in the mountains, according to the weather service. The forecast in Denver calls for a slight chance of thunderstorms through Thursday with temperatures in the high 80s.

Temperatures are expected to stay above season normals Monday and Tuesday, according to the weather service.
