Platte Valley earned a win when they defeated Eaton 14-10 on Saturday, Sept. 21.
Scott Grable led Eaton’s passing attack with 125 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and two interception. Grable’s favorite receiver in the contest was Gage Butler, who caught three passes for 30 yards.
Salvador Rojas spearheaded the Eaton rushing attack by finishing with 39 yards in the game, averaging 4.9 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Platte Valley hosting Weld Central and Eaton taking on Bishop Machebeuf.
