Members of the group Extinction Rebellion Denver marched and blocked traffic in a preplanned act of civil disobedience along Speer Boulevard in downtown Denver on Monday, Sept. 23, 2019. The group joined activists across the country in calling for action on climate change. Their action came on the heels of a Global Climate Strike last week.
