Edison couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Deer Trail squad, losing by a score of 53-14 on Friday, Sept. 27.
Deer Trail quarterback Kolter Eldringhoff led the passing attack with 167 yards through the air. Eldringhoff also added 43 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Dayne Woodis lead all Deer Trail receivers with five receptions for 121 yards and one score.
Walker Morelock paced the Deer Trail rushing game by racking up 154 yards and five touchdowns in the game, averaging 10.3 yards per carry.
Edison will stay home and play Hanover, while Deer Trail will travel to play Hanover.
