Westminster beat Boulder by a score of 20-6 on Friday, Sept. 27.

Westminster’s rushing attack was spearheaded by Eddie Vang who tallied 131 yards in the game, averaging 6.6 yards per carry. Ezequiel Loera added 71 yards on the ground, averaging 4.4 yards per carry.

Hale Chargois powered Boulder’s passing attack with 94 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown and three interception. Chargois’ most reliable receiver in the contest was Tyler Turner, who caught two passes for 70 yards and one score.

Parker Patchett paced the Boulder rushing attack by racking up 27 yards in the game.

In their next games, Boulder will stay home and play Smoky Hill, while Westminster will travel to play Denver East.
