Arvada West couldn’t quite keep up with a strong Pomona squad, losing by a score of 51-7 on Thursday, Oct. 10 at NAAC Stadium.
Brady Ritzmann led Pomona’s passing attack with 147 yards through the air. Jack Pospisil lead all Pomona receivers with five catches for 123 yards and three scores.
Ian Dexter lead all Pomona rushers with 111 yards and two touchdowns in the game, averaging 13.9 yards per carry. Dominick Nichols added 100 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 10 yards per carry.
Looking ahead to their next games, Pomona will stay home and play Mullen, while Arvada West will travel to play Lakewood.
