Cherokee Trail earned a win when they beat Grandview 26-7 on Friday at Legacy Stadium.
Jacob Burr led Grandview’s passing attack with 136 yards through the air, throwing one touchdown without an interception. Burr also added 52 yards on the ground. Grandview’s leading receiver was Jordan Smith, who caught six passes for 80 yards and one score.
Noah Schmidt lead all Grandview rushers with 102 yards in the contest.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Cherokee Trail hosting Overland and Grandview taking on Arapahoe.
