The Pinnacle couldn’t quite keep up with a potent Estes Park squad, losing by a score of 37-16 on Friday, Oct. 11 at Military / 1st Responders Appr. – 5 Star Stadium.
Collin Reetz powered Estes Park’s passing attack with 147 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns with no interceptions. Reetz also added 29 yards and one touchdown on the ground. Estes Park’s leading receiver was Braden Moore, who caught four passes for 92 yards and one score.
Cole Wallace paced the Estes Park ground attack by running for 127 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 11.5 yards per carry.
Jason Ulrich led The Pinnacle’s passing attack with 95 yards through the air. Diego Santander lead all The Pinnacle receivers with seven catches for 91 yards.
Luis Rodriguez paced The Pinnacle ground attack by accumulating 112 yards in the contest, averaging 4.9 yards per carry.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Estes Park hosting Lyons and The Pinnacle taking on Strasburg.
