Pueblo West easily defeated Liberty by a score of 47-0 on Friday, Oct. 11 at at District 20 Stadium.
Chandler Mason powered Pueblo West’s passing attack with 98 yards through the air, tossing three touchdowns without an interception. Dawson Menegatti lead all Pueblo West receivers with four receptions for 80 yards and three scores.
Matt Rudd paced all Pueblo West rushers with 67 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 9.6 yards per carry. Hunter Johnson added 65 yards and one touchdown on the ground, averaging 9.3 yards per carry.
Liberty quarterback Daucin Dvorsky led the passing attack with 80 yards through the air. Mussa Pene lead all Liberty receivers with three receptions for 60 yards.
Liberty’s rushing game was lead by Elias Alexander who racked up 35 yards in the game, averaging 5 yards per carry.
Looking ahead to their next games, Pueblo West will stay home and play Coronado, while Liberty will travel to play Rampart.
