Pueblo South defeated Pueblo East by a score of 28-14 on Friday, Oct. 11.
Pueblo South quarterback Logan Petit led the passing attack with 98 yards through the air, tossing three touchdowns with no interceptions. Logan Petit’s most prolific target in the game was Jackson Dickerson, who caught three passes for 29 yards and one score.
George Longoria spearheaded the Pueblo South rushing attack by running for 176 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 4.9 yards per carry.
Looking ahead to their next games, Pueblo East will play host to Pueblo Centennial, while Pueblo South will travel to play Pueblo County.
