Regis Jesuit earned a win when they defeated Legend 39-21 on Friday, Oct. 11 at EchoPark Stadium (Parker, CO).

Jackson Connelly led Regis Jesuit’s passing attack with 161 yards through the air, tossing one touchdown and two interceptions. Connelly’s most prolific target in the ballgame was Bryce Sloan, who caught eight passes for 116 yards and one score.

David Dody lead all Regis Jesuit rushers with 188 yards and five touchdowns in the contest, averaging 6.7 yards per carry.

Kalen Shoemaker led Legend’s passing attack with 189 yards through the air, throwing two touchdowns and two interceptions. Legend’s leading receiver was Blake Doud, who caught six passes for 128 yards and two scores.

Connor Eise spearheaded the Legend ground game by finishing with 61 yards and one touchdown in the game, averaging 5.1 yards per carry. Blake Rarog added 52 yards on the ground, averaging 4 yards per carry.

Looking ahead to their next games, Regis Jesuit will stay home and play Doherty, while Legend will travel to play Douglas County.
