After a one-week absence, Eaglecrest returned to the Class 5A top 10 in the . The Eagles landed at No. 9 after shutting out Arapahoe 28-0.
That was one of the more notable developments following a week of mostly chalk results across the state.
Columbine also dropped to No. 6 after suffering its second straight one-point loss, this time to rising Pomona, which is now No. 5 following its fifth win in a row.
