A woman was seriously injured Thursday night when she was hit by a vehicle in southeast Denver, police said.
The incident happened on East Hampden Avenue at the northbound ramp onto Interstate 25, according to police.
HEADS UP: Officers are investigating an Auto vs Pedestrian crash on Hampden at the NB I-25 on ramp. One adult female was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. NB I-25 on-ramp from Hampden is closed. Alternate routes advised.

The woman was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. The ramp was closed by the collision. The driver remained on the scene, police said.
