Doherty had a field day from three-point land, hitting 16 threes in their 82-53 win over Coronado on Thursday.
Doherty was lead in scoring by Schafer Reichart who accounted for 23 points while also recording six rebounds and eight assists. Lucas Moerman recorded a double-double, scoring 10 points and collecting 13 rebounds.
Coronado was lead in scoring by William White who put up 18 points while collecting three rebounds. Ladarius Mays and Kris Walters also had notable performances contributing 11 points and 10 points, respectively.
Next up for each team, Doherty will stay home and play Fountain-Fort Carson, while Coronado will travel to play Liberty.
