The Fruita Monument Wildcats easily handled the Grand Junction Tigers by a score of 67-35 on Friday.

Marcus Labonde lead Fruita Monument with 28 points scored while also recording nine rebounds and six assists. Tanner Willford aided the effort by contributing eight points, three rebounds, and two assists.

Grand Junction was paced in scoring by Andy Smith who scored 12 points, while also recording four rebounds and one assist. Dillon Chapman helped the effort by contributing eight points.

Fruita Monument will stay home and play Battle Mountain, while Grand Junction will travel to play Palisade.
