Sedgwick County outlasts Wiggins, winning by a score of 50-34 on Saturday, Jan. 18.
Sedgwick County was paced in scoring by Alison Woodhams who put up 22 points while also recording seven rebounds and four assists. Kierra Ehnes recorded a double-double, scoring 17 points and collecting 12 rebounds.
Wiggins was lead in scoring by Raelyn Koenig who put up 15 points, while also recording two rebounds and two assists. Kate Schoonveld aided the effort by contributing six points and three rebounds.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Sedgwick County heading to play Peetz and Wiggins taking on Yuma.
