
The Fruita Monument Wildcats beat the Battle Mountain Huskies by a score of 60-42 on Saturday.
Dillon Keithley lead Fruita Monument with 14 points scored while also recording two rebounds and one assist. Marcus Labonde and Ian Barnes also had solid outings contributing 11 points each.
Battle Mountain was paced in scoring by Owen Ruotolo who accounted for 20 points, while also recording four rebounds and three assists. Liam Mckenny had a productive night, recording 14 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
In their next games, Battle Mountain will play host to Steamboat Springs, while Fruita Monument will travel to play Durango.
