Lewis-Palmer was paced in scoring by Colin Westfall who put up 19 points. Brady Jones helped the effort by chipping in 10 points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Palmer Ridge heading to play Sand Creek and Lewis-Palmer taking on Air Academy.
