The Vanguard School earned a win when they defeated the Lamar Savages 62-44 on Saturday.
Dominique Clifford lead The Vanguard School with 23 points scored while also recording 16 rebounds and six assists. Joseph Padilla had a respectable night, recording 14 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
Lamar was lead in scoring by Isaiah Latour who put up 11 points while grabbing eight rebounds. Michael Woodall helped the effort by contributing nine points.
In their next games, Lamar will play host to Salida, while The Vanguard School will travel to play Trinidad.
