The Kent Denver Sun Devils beat the Prospect Ridge Academy Miners by a score of 47-40 on Saturday, Jan. 25.
Kent Denver was lead in scoring by Amanda Licht who put up 18 points while also collecting four rebounds and three assists. Kaci Karl helped the effort by contributing 11 points, eight rebounds, and two assists.
Prospect Ridge Academy was paced in scoring by Elizabeth Rooks who scored 14 points, while also collecting 12 rebounds and one assist. Zoe Webster had a solid night, recording nine points, four rebounds and three assists.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Kent Denver heading to play DSST: Montview and Prospect Ridge Academy taking on St. Mary’s Academy.
