
The Byers Bulldogs narrowly won over the Kiowa Indians in a 49-47 contest on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
Payton Hacker lead Byers with 16 points scored while also recording four rebounds and two assists. Devon Harris had a productive night, recording 10 points, eight rebounds and two assists.
Kiowa was lead in scoring by Bailey Martell who scored 11 points, while also recording 16 rebounds and three assists. Bailea Carothers had a notable night, recording 11 points, three rebounds and seven assists.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Byers hosting Denver Christian and Kiowa taking on Evangelical Christian.
