The Fleming Wildcats beat Genoa-Hugo/Karval by a score of 56-42 on Saturday.
Fleming was paced in scoring by Whitney Chintala who accounted for 33 points while also collecting two rebounds and two assists. Kendyl Kirkwood recorded a double-double, scoring 14 points and collecting 10 rebounds.
Genoa-Hugo/Karval was lead in scoring by Ryely Smartt who scored 12 points, while also recording 11 rebounds and one assist. Glorya Carr had a respectable night, recording 11 points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Fleming heading to play Merino and Genoa-Hugo/Karval taking on Deer Trail.
