
The Sand Creek Scorpions earned a win when they defeated the Lewis-Palmer Rangers 60-54 on Monday.
Sand Creek was paced in scoring by Nikki Derrell who scored 14 points while also recording six rebounds and two assists. Tiana Davis and Kianna Lemons also had productive outings contributing 14 points and nine points, respectively.
Lewis-Palmer was lead in scoring by Riley Enget who scored 14 points, while also recording six rebounds and six assists. Kim Tucker aided the effort by chipping in 11 points.
Sand Creek will play host to Cheyenne Mountain, while Lewis-Palmer will travel to play Discovery Canyon.
