The Mead Mavericks easily put away the Frederick Warriors by a score of 72-35 on Monday.
JP Shiers lead Mead with 19 points scored while also recording eight rebounds and one assist. Trey Ward and Will Maher also had productive performances contributing 18 points and 13 points, respectively.
Frederick was paced in scoring by Davis Richard who scored 10 points while grabbing one rebounds. Ryan Chacon helped the effort by chipping in six points and four rebounds.
In their next games, Frederick will stay home and play Fort Morgan, while Mead will travel to play Fort Morgan.
