
Hayden could not overcome Vail Christian in 70-55 loss on Tuesday.
Alec Moritz lead Vail Christian with 19 points scored while also collecting seven rebounds and nine assists. Jamison Lee and Hayden Sticksel also had solid outings contributing 13 points and 11 points, respectively.
Hayden was lead in scoring by Liam Frentress who scored 24 points, while also recording six rebounds and one assist. Hunter Slowik had a productive night, recording 20 points, six rebounds and two assists.
Vail Christian will stay home and play Paonia, while Hayden will travel to play Caprock Academy.
