The Niwot Cougars narrowly lost to the Silver Creek Raptors in a 36-34 contest on Friday.
Silver Creek was lead in scoring by April Conilogue who scored 12 points while also grabbing 11 rebounds. Marissa Bartels helped by chipping in 12 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists.
Niwot was lead in scoring by Lily Sieben who accounted for 10 points while grabbing 11 rebounds. Rachel Noble had a notable night, recording nine points, nine rebounds and one assist.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Silver Creek hosting Mountain View and Niwot taking on Longmont.
