The Denver South Rebels easily defeated the Denver North Vikings by a score of 74-22 on Friday.
Denver South was lead in scoring by Tay Williams who accounted for 30 points while also recording five rebounds and two assists. Timiya Guevara recorded a double-double, scoring 20 points and racking up 10 assists.
Denver North was paced in scoring by Jaydy Gonzales who accounted for 17 points while collecting 10 rebounds. Amya Younger had a notable night, recording three points.
Both teams will stay at home in their next contest, with Denver South hosting Regis Groff and Denver North taking on Lincoln.
