
Flagler/Hi-Plains owned the paint, collecting 63.3 of all rebounds and swatting four shots in their 62-52 win over Deer Trail on Saturday.
Cody Banks lead Flagler/Hi-Plains with 13 points scored while also collecting three rebounds and one assist. Logan Smith helped by chipping in 12 points, four rebounds, and two assists.
Deer Trail was paced in scoring by Brett Stoumbaugh who put up 20 points, while also recording six rebounds and three assists. Dayne Woodis and Aldo Dominguez also had solid performances contributing 12 points each.
In their next games, Deer Trail will play host to Burlington, while Flagler/Hi-Plains will travel to play Bethune.
