The Buena Vista Demons easily put away the Trinidad Miners by a score of 67-41 on Saturday.
Tucker Storms lead Buena Vista with 16 points scored while also collecting four rebounds and five assists. Dominic St john aided the effort by chipping in 13 points and two rebounds.
Trinidad was paced in scoring by Oscar Valdez who scored nine points while also racking up two assists. Noah Robinson helped the effort by contributing eight points.
Looking ahead to their next games, Trinidad will stay home and play Colorado Springs Christian, while Buena Vista will travel to play Salida.
