Bailea Carothers lead Kiowa with 11 points scored while also collecting two rebounds. Kendra Byrd aided the effort by chipping in seven points.
Both teams will go on the road in their next contest, with Kiowa heading to play Elbert and Cripple Creek-Victor taking on Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind.
