You’d be forgiven if you forgot about two holidays coming up this week: Passover, which starts on the evening of Wednesday, April 8, and Easter on Sunday, April 12. Morin chef and owner Max MacKissock will send you and yours home with a nearly-complete Easter brunch this weekend. For $40 per person, you’ll get slices of smoked ham, breakfast sausage, biscuits and jam, blueberry French toast, scrambled eggs and asparagus with a charred ramp vinaigrette. Rye Society‘s Passover meals will feed two to eight people ($95-$350) and are available for pre-order through the evening of Monday, April 6. Pickup is on Wednesday or Thursday, and delivery is available for an added fee. The meals come with charoset, matzo, matzo ball soup, roast brisket, and tzimmes made with carrots, sweet potatoes and prunes with honey.
