The Denver Police Department is investigating a double homicide off Peoria Street in the northeast part of the city.
The bodies were discovered Wednesday morning in the 12200 block of East Albrook Drive, according to a Denver police tweet. Police did not have suspect information. The Denver medical examiner will release their identities after next-of-kin have been notified.
The deaths mark a violent start to July. They are the seventh and eighth homicides in the city in the first eight days of July.
