A shooting at a house party in Denver’s Montbello neighborhood Saturday night left one juvenile male dead and a second wounded, police said.
Denver police said at 11:45 Saturday that officers were investigating the shooting in the 4500 block of Atchison Way.
In an update at 5:35 a.m. Sunday, they said one of the victims had been pronounced dead and a second victim, identified as a juvenile male, suffered wounds that were not considered life-threatening.
Police later Sunday morning said the person killed also was a juvenile male.
“Officers continue actively investigating the circumstances and suspect info,” Denver police said in a tweet.
