Fiona Lewis suited up to check out the snow in downtown Denver on Sunday, March 14, 2021. Lewis said she had moved to the city from South Carolina two months ago was taking a walk to see the snow, noting it was way more intense than the two inches of snow they’d gotten in Charleston a few years ago.

The light snow we’ve been seeing this week will continue today.

There’s a 40% chance of snow Wednesday, mainly before 4 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. Less than a half inch of accumulation is expected.

It will be mostly cloudy today with a high of 41 and a low of 23 degrees.

Thursday will see spring-like temperatures. The NWS predicts a high of 51 degrees under partly sunny skies. After 10 p.m. there is a 20% chance for rain and snow showers that is expected to continue through noon on Friday when there is a 60% chance of precipitation.

Luckily the weekend is looking like clear skies with highs in the 60s.
