A vehicle crashed into a home in Douglas County overnight, April 5, 2021.

Early Monday morning a woman crashed her vehicle into a Douglas County home.
Just after 1 a.m., South Metro Fire Rescue responded to the house around Lincoln Avenue and Peoria Street near Lone Tree.
Nobody in the house was injured but the driver was taken to the hospital.
The condition and injuries of the woman are unknown as is the cause of the crash.
Fire crews spent hours working to remove the car and stabilize the home.
At 1:15 a.m. crews responded to a vehicle into a residential home near Lincoln and Peoria. Driver was transported with injuries. Persons in home were not injured. Crews are working on stabilizing both the car and the home.
