Itap time for Northern Colorado football fans to start planning their fall weekends. UNC announced Monday the tentative kickoff times for each matchup this year.
The Bears will kick off their home opener against Lamar at 2 p.m. Sept. 18, head coach Ed McCaffrey’s first game at Nottingham Field.
UNC’s next three home games against Northern Arizona on Sept. 25, Eastern Washington on Oct. 9 and Sacramento State on Oct. 30 are set to kick off at 1 p.m.
Northern Colorado will close its home slate against Montana at noon Nov. 6.
The season opener at Colorado will take place at 7 p.m. Sept. 3 and air on the Pac-12 Network. UNC’s other nonconference match at Houston Baptist is set for 5 p.m. Sept. 11.
UNC will play at Montana State on Oct. 2 and Weber State on Nov. 20. Both games are set for 1 p.m.
Finally, the Bears are scheduled to face UC Davis (Oct. 16) in California and Southern Utah (Oct. 23) in Cedar City. Those contests will occur at 6 p.m.
All of UNC’s games, minus its trip to Boulder, will air on ESPN+. Games can also be heard on 103.1 and 1310 KFKA.
Northern Colorado home games can be at full capacity, but fans should follow CDC guidelines. Times, game days and attendance policies are subject to change, pending COVID-19 protocols.
