Courtland Sutton’s surgically repaired knee passed Saturday’s litmus test at Empower Field.
In his first game action since an ACL injury sidelined him in Week 2 of last season, Sutton had a diving eight-yard touchdown catch to put the Broncos up 10-6 midway through the second quarter of the preseason finale against the Rams.
Sutton also had a 19-yard reception from Teddy Bridgewater earlier in the drive to set the Broncos up inside the red zone.
In his first game back …
